TU Men’s Lacrosse Jumps Into NAIA Top-10 Poll
KANSAS CITY – On the heels of a program-record, four-match win streak that included back-to-back wins over teams receiving votes in the prior NAIA Top-10 Poll, the Taylor men's lacrosse team found its way into the most recent poll, receiving the 12th-highest point total in the NAIA.
The Trojans earned 30 points in March 27th NAIA Top-10 Men's Lacrosse Poll, coming in just 13 points shy of the first-ever Top-10 ranking in the six-year history of the program.
After opening the year with four losses to teams ranked or receiving votes in the current poll, Taylor rebounded with wins over Missouri Baptist, Columbia, RV Mount Vernon Nazarene and RV Madonna to make program history with four-straight wins.
RV Taylor (4-4, 1-0 WHAC) will look to continue its win streak when it hosts No. 9 Indiana Tech (1-5, 0-1 WHAC) on Wednesday afternoon.
