Men’s Soccer Sees Eight Players Named Scholar-Athletes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA has released its Scholar-Athletes award winners for men's soccer, in which TU collected eight award winners.

The eight recipients are the most the Trojan men's soccer program has received since at least 2012.

Collin Maris and Sam Spiegel both earned the honor for the second time in their careers, while Caleb Ballard, Caleb Hodel, Jacob Nicholson, Levi Yoder, Levi Kelly and Brock Carpenter were named Scholar-Athletes for the first time.

An athlete must maintain a GPA of 3.50 or above and have attended at least one full year at his current institution to be named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
