2013 at Taylor: Appeared in 15 games and started in 12 during her first collegiate season…Did not score a goal or record an assist but placed 5-of-10 shots on the frame of goal…Taylor made its way to the Crossroads League Tournament Championship game, where it fell 1-0 to NAIA No. 8 Spring Arbor.
Prep: From Grandville, Michigan, Wierenga attended Tri-Unity Christian High School where she lettered for four years under coach Mike Conkright…Earned All-State honors three times, as well as All-Conference, All-District, and All-Region awards…Played club soccer with the Chicago Fire Juniors…Valedictorian at Tri-Unity Christian.
