• Threw a season-best distance of 36 feet 10 inches in the weight throw at the Crossroads League Championships

Outdoor:

• Threw a season-best distance of 99 feet 1 inch in the discus at the Crossroads League Championships
• Competed in the hammer throw at the Crossroads League Championships
• Threw a season-best distance of 110 feet 7 inches in the hammer throw at the Little State Championships

2022-23 at Taylor:

Indoor:

• Threw a season-best distance of 34 feet 7.75 inches in the weight throw at the Crossroads League Championships.
• Threw a season-best distance of 27 feet 1.59 inches in the shot put at the Taylor Invite.

Outdoor:

• Threw a season-best 124 feet in the discus at the Little State Championships.
• Competed in the discus at the Crossroads League Championships.
• Threw a season-best distance of 91 feet 6 inches in the Hammer throw at the Sunny and 65 Invite.
