2015 at Taylor: Started all 52 games in center field in 2015 where she posted a 1.000 fielding percentage...Batted .448 as the TU leadoff hitter, fourth highest average in the Crossroads League... No. 6 in the NAIA in hits-per-game (1.577)...Improved her on-base percentage to .507 in her sophomore season to rank No. 6 in the league…Possessed a slugging percentage of .546 and drove in 29 runs…Led TU with 22 walks and was effective on the base paths with 18 stolen bases…Had 14 extra-base hits on ten doubles and four triples…Lovelace’s 82 hits for the season were the second most amongst Crossroads League players and ranked No. 7 in the nation…Started the season with a 14 game hitting streak and also had an 11 game hitting stretch later in the season which coincided with Taylor’s ten game winning streak from April 14 to April 24…Produced 27 multi-hit games and 11 games of three or more hits…Came around to score 50 runs for the Taylor cause, eighth most in the league...Named to the Crossroads League All-Tournament Team, helping lead Taylor to its second consecutive championship appearance by batting .400 with eight hits, six runs scored, and seven RBI in TU’s six contests...Capital One Academic All-District II First-Team…A two-time league Player of the Week, First-Team All-Crossroads League performer, and National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Great Lakes Region First Team selection.

2014 at Taylor: Lovelace played in all 59 games and started in 58 for the Trojans…Was named an NAIA Second Team All-American as a freshman…Fellow freshman Lauren Ehle and Lovelace were the first players in the history of the Taylor softball program to receive All-American recognition.…Garnered National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) First Team All-Region honors and was named the Crossroads League Player of the Year…Lovelace finished seventh in the nation in total hits with 90 from her leadoff spot in the batting order, which was a Taylor season record…Also set the Taylor season record for runs scored (59) while placing second on the team with 49 RBI…Batted to an average of .427 with 19 doubles, a triple and two home runs…Boasted an on-base percentage of .481, second-highest mark in the league, and a slugging percentage of .555…Had an incredible 30 games with two or more hits… Recorded two separate hitting streaks of 15 games and 14 games in a 30 game span from February 22 to April 8…Did not make an error in center field in 66 chances, earning a Crossroads League Golden Glove as the best defensive player at the position…Stole 25 bases in 27 attempts for the second most steals in the Crossroads League…Earned one Crossroads League Player of the Week honor (Feb. 24- Mar. 2) on the season…Taylor finished 42-17 overall for the most wins in program history for a season, highlighted by a Crossroads League regular season and tournament title and the program’s first win in the NAIA National Tournament, a 4-3 victory in extra-innings over Georgetown (Ky.)…Lovelace went 3-4 with an RBI in the momentous win to cap off an excellent freshman campaign.

Prep: Lovelace is from Greenwood, Indiana and attended both Center Grove High School and Greenwood Community High School, lettering two years in softball.
