Bio
The 2024-2025 season marks Haley Gimre's second season in her second stint as an assistant coach for the men’s and women’s cross country and track and field programs.
Gimre earned a master’s degree in sports management from Baylor University in 2018 as she worked as a graduate assistant in Baylor’s athletic department.
During her time at Taylor, Gimre ran cross country under head coach Quinn White from 2012 to 2016 and specialized in the javelin throw during the track and field seasons. Gimre was a three-time Crossroads League champion in the javelin throw.
Gimre graduated Taylor with a degree in exercise science and was selected for CoSIDA Academic All-District, NAIA Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-Crossroads League honors for her work in the classroom.
Gimre resides in Fort Wayne with her husband, Josh.
