2016 at Taylor: Proved to be a valuable middle reliever for TU during first season with the squad … Pitched in 21 games, earning pair of wins and one save … Posted 4.40 earned-run average, 1.17 WHIP, 29 strikeouts and .222 average against in 30.2 innings … Ranked third on staff in appearances … Set career-highs in games, innings and strikeouts … Did not allow an earned run in 13-of-20 outings … Picked up first win at Taylor with 1.1 scoreless innings out of pen in TU’s 7-6 win at Milligan on February 19 … Recorded first save with Trojans by working final four frames in a 12-5 win at Toccoa Falls on March 25 … Fanned season-high four batters and earned the win with three scoreless frames during a 3-2 win at Indiana Wesleyan on April 22 … Went 2-0 with a 0.53 ERA and 20 strikeouts over 17 innings in games won by TU … Posted 3.86 ERA with .190 average against during Crossroads League play.
