2016 at Taylor: Emerged at TU’s bullpen ace and topped staff with 1.93 earned-run average, a .184 average against and 25 games pitched … Also posted a 1.17 WHIP and struck out 26 batters in 28 innings of work … Picked up two wins and one save without a loss … Set career-highs in appearances, innings, ERA, strikeouts, wins and saves … Did not yield an earned run in 21-of-25 outings … Had stretch of 14-straight appearances without allowing an earned run, holding foes to eight hits over 14.2 innings during that stretch … Went 2-0 with 0.59 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and a .149 batting average against over 15.1 innings of work on the Winterholter Field mound … Posted 0.75 ERA over 10 league appearances … Did not allow an earned run in four outings against top-25 opponents … Picked up first collegiate save in 7-6 win at Milligan on February 19 … Notched first collegiate win during TU’s 9-3 victory over Manchester on March 8 … Voted as a CoSIDA Academic All-District First-Team standout.
