2018 at Taylor: Covered the infield and the mound during sophomore campaign … Developed into a consistent presence at the plate , setting career-highs with a .327 batting, 171 at bats, 26 runs, 56 hits, 12 extra-base hits, 34 RBI, 18 walks, a .433 slugging percentage and a .435 on-base percentage … Rated second on the team with 16 hit by pitches … Recorded 18 multi-hit games, including stringing together four-straight from March 23 to March 28 … Displayed special talent at the plate on February 17 against Saint Ambrose, picking up a pair of hits and four RBI, while slamming a three-run dinger on his way to a Crossroads League Player-of-the-Week selection … Added an RBI in 23 games … Put together a nine-game hitting streak from April 28 to May 14 … Picked up the pace at Winterholter Field, batting .382 and reaching base at a team-high .491 clip … Completed 60 putouts and 112 assists on 185 chances, converting at a .930 rate as TU’s third baseman … Toed the rubber three times for almost six innings of work, fanning four batters in two of those outings … Never allowed more than one run in any appearance, finishing with a 3.18 earned-run average … Earned Crossroads League Gold Glove Award.
