After completing a standout playing career on TU’s offensive line, Michael Medlock joins the coaching staff in 2024 as the tight ends coach and assistant strength coach.

During his playing career with the Trojans from 2019 through 2023, Medlock was a three-year starter at the center position and served as a team captain during his final campaign. Along the way, Medlock played to All-MSFA honors in 2022 and was a four-time Academic All-MSFA and NAIA Scholar-Athlete selection. Additionally, Medlock earned a trio of CSC Academic All-District nods for his work in the classroom.

Medlock graduated from Taylor in 2024 with a degree in art education and a minor in studio art.
