The 2024 is the first for Major Dailey as a cornerbacks coach at TU as he returns to Upland following a playing career in the Trojan secondary.

Dailey was a four-year starter at cornerback for Taylor from 2018 through 2021, before grad-transferring to Morehead State University for his final collegiate season and earning a spot on the Pioneer Football League 4.0 Honor Roll.

Prior to returning to coach at Taylor, Dailey gained professional experience assisting with the NFL Scouting Combine in 2021 and with Sound Mind Body in 2022.

Dailey boasts a degree in sport management from TU and a master’s degree in sport management from Morehead State.
