Heiniger and Sahly Collect WHAC Postseason Honors
UPLAND, Ind. – The Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference recently released its WHAC Champions of Character Team and All-Academic Team, with Taylor's Teegan Heiniger and Nathan Sahly receiving accolades.
Heiniger was Taylor's representative on the WHAC Champions of Character Team, which was made up of one student-athlete from each institution that best represented the NAIA's five core character values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship and servant leadership during the 2019-2020 year.
Sahly earned a spot on the Academic All-WHAC Team, which consisted of junior and seniors with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.25 and above with at least one full year at their current institution.
No additional All-WHAC honors were announced due to the cancellation of the season for COVID-19.
