Darrell Sitton

Bio

The 2025-2026 year is the first with the Taylor University Athletic Training Department for Darrell Sitton. Sitton is the athletic trainer for the football, tennis and lacrosse programs at Taylor.

Sitton comes to Taylor after spending two years at Texas College as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. Sitton worked with all ten athletic programs during his time.

Sitton began his professional journey at Mineola Independent School District as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. He worked with soccer, volleyball, football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and softball during his tenure.

Sitton Graduated from Southwestern College with a degree in athletics training. Sitton played soccer at Southwestern and currently sits in fifth in program history with 8 career assists.
