
TU Women’s Soccer Continues to Receive Votes After Perfect Week
NAIA Women's Soccer Top-25 Coaches' Poll
UPLAND, Ind. – The Taylor women's soccer team (5-1-2) continues to receive votes in the latest NAIA Top-25 Coaches' Poll released Wednesday, Sept. 20. RV Taylor has won its last three games dating back to a Sept. 13 matchup at Madonna, outscoring its opponents 12-1 in that span.
TU ranks sixth in the country among all NAIA schools in corner kicks (54), 13th in shots per game (22.0) and tied-30th in goals scored (20). Chloe Sena leads the Trojans offensively with five goals and 12 total points.
Defensively, Taylor is tied-11th in average goals allowed (0.50) and tied-18th in shutouts with four. Hannah Brackenbury has one solo shutout in goal, while Brianna Rawlings has helped combine with Brackenbury for the other three shutouts.
TU opens up Crossroads League play on Saturday at Saint Francis (3-4-2) at 2 p.m.
