JACKSON, Mich. – Continuing his dominance inside the paint, Anton Webb picked up his second-consecutive Crossroads League Defensive Player-of-the-Week Award on Monday afternoon.
Webb hauled in an impressive 16.5 rebounds per contest over a pair of victories while also notching 1.5 steals on the defensive end. The standout senior added 12.5 points, 4.0 assists, and a block during the week.
The powerful post presence of Webb was evident in a comeback victory over Adrian, in which he pulled down 21 boards and dished out a team-high six assists while picking up two steals. The Ashland transfer forward then secured another double-double in a blowout win over Siena Heights, with 12 rebounds, 12 points, two assists, a steal, and a block.

Taylor has earned 20 league player of the week awards in 2024-25, with men's basketball already nabbing a pair in the first two weeks of the season.
The Trojans are back inside Odle Arena to face IU Kokomo (1-1) on Friday, November 8, with tip-off set for 7:00 pm.
