
Taylor Continues Strong Season at Home Invitational
UPLAND, Ind. – The Taylor competitive cheer team hosted two rounds of the Trojan Invitational on Saturday inside Odle Arena, posting the fourth and 10th-best scores in program history.
On the heels of recording their best two scores in program history two weeks prior, Taylor came away with a round-one score of 84.2 to finish in fourth-of-seven teams and a second-round mark of 87.52 to take third-of-six squads in its home competition.
TU has now posted the top four scores in its young program history, as well as the 10th-best score, having posted top-10 all-time marks in five of its six performances during its 2025 campaign.
Taylor will perform on its home mat once again on Friday, March 7, when it hosts the Taylor Classic at 7:00 pm.
