Trojans Come in at No. 10 in Coaches’ Rating
NAIA MXC Coaches' Rating - No. 4
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Taylor men's cross country team (68-11) is ranked 10th in the latest NAIA Coaches' Rating, announced on Thursday. The top-25 rating marks the program's 74th consecutive appearance in the poll.
TU dropped two spots from its previous ranking with fellow Crossroads League teams, No. 6 Indiana Wesleyan and No. 9 Spring Arbor, staying inside the top 10 in the poll.
Despite the slightly lowered rating, the Trojans are coming off their third fastest race in program history at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge on Oct. 26, where they finished fourth of 22 teams.
Ryan Hanak and Luke Harber led TU with third- and fifth-place individual finishes on a day where a remarkable 15 Trojan runners notched personal bests.
Taylor looks to continue its strong season at the Crossroads League Championships, scheduled for Nov. 8 at 11:30 a.m. at the TU Cross Country Farm.
