
Men's Golf Touts Five Scholar-Athlete Awards
KANSAS CITY – The Taylor University men's golf program recently gained five NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors, as announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.
Austin Davis, Javan Johnson, Adam Kasitz, Noah Ross and Lance VanErmen all made the list for the Trojans, helping TU post the highest total of NAIA Scholar-Athletes from the Crossroads League.
In order to be eligible for NAIA Scholar-Athlete recognition, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative minimum grade-point average of 3.50 on a 4.0 scale, while having attended one full year at their current institution.
