Dick Records Top-15 Finish to Pace Taylor

WEST POINT, Miss. – Taylor wrapped up its showing at the Blue Mountain Christian Spring Classic on Tuesday, remaining in 10th place out of 17 teams at the highly competitive three-round tournament.

The TU men posted a team score of 299 on Tuesday to finish at 903 and two shots ahead of No. 21 Blue Mountain Christian. The Trojans ended just one shot back of RV Tennessee Wesleyan and three back of No. 23 Reinhardt.

Porter Dick led the way for the Trojans, taking 12th in the individual standings with a 221 after shooting rounds of 73, 75 and 73. Will Schuitema shot a 75 on Tuesday to end in 23rd and Tanner Conklin posted a 75 over the final round to finish in 27th.

The Trojans will be back in action on April 14 when they host the Kampen-Cosler Invitational in West Lafayette.
