Trojans End Fifth at Midway Invitational

LEXINGTON – Taylor wrapped up its two-day stay at the Midway Invitational on Tuesday, following Monday's round of 301 with a score of 299 to finish in fifth place at the 15-team event.

Will Schuitema paced the Trojan lineup by turning in scores of 75 and 72 to finish in ninth place with a two-day tally of 147.

Adam Kasitz ended two strokes back of Schuitema after carding a 75 and 74 to end in 17th, while Austin Davis, Kyle Kasitz and Tanner Conklin finished in 33rd, 36th and 41st.

RV Taylor will return to action on Monday, April 15 when it hosts the Ackerman-Allen Shootout in West Lafayette.
