ST. LOUIS – Taylor had no problem recording its first win of the season on Saturday, discarding a Missouri Baptist (0-6) squad by a 17-4 margin after outshooting the hosts by a 56-24 gap.

TU kept rolling along, opening up a 17-2 lead, before settling on the 17-4 final.
Aidan Craig orchestrated the attack all day long, piling up seven assists, while Carter Prieditis and Reid Gerig combined to find the net seven times on just 13 shots. Wyatt Marshall also chipped in with three goals, while Will Saxby and Ben Mueller each scored twice.
Jake Weikel paced the stingy defense with four ground balls and two caused turnovers, while Ben Harrell collected 10 saves on 14 shots faced.
