Taylor Women’s Soccer Continues to Receive Votes in Coaches’ Poll
NAIA Women's Soccer Top-25 Poll
UPLAND, Ind. – The Taylor Trojan women's soccer team continues to receive votes in the first in-season NAIA Top-25 Coaches' Poll.
Unbeaten through four matches with a record of 2-0-2, TU remained the third-highest vote-getter among schools which received votes but did not ultimately make the top 25. The last poll was conducted on Aug. 16, prior to the start of the regular season.
Taylor has outscored its opponents 8-2 on the season, posting two shutouts in the process led by starting goalie Hannah Brackenbury. Chloe Sena leads the team in points (six) and assists (two), and is tied with Audrey Grimm atop TU's roster for goals scored (two).
The Trojans are in the midst of a nine-day stretch between matches, with their next one scheduled for this Saturday, Sept. 9 at Cornerstone (1-1-0) at 4 p.m. Crossroads League play begins on Sept. 23 when #RV Taylor travels to Saint Francis.
