AVON, Ohio – Taylor men's soccer team members Lewis Nisbet and Zoltan Suranyi were selected for All-Crossroads League honors, the league announced on Tuesday.
23 players were honored, with 13 on the Crossroads League First Team and 10 on the Crossroads League Second Team. The first and second teams are selected by the coaches within the league.
TU wrapped up Crossroads League play with a record of 2-6-1 to earn the eighth seed in the Crossroads League Tournament. The Trojans ended their season in the quarterfinals with a 3-1 loss at top-seeded Spring Arbor.
Nisbet was selected to the second-team for the second year in-a-row, after earning the same honor following the 2016 season. The senior netted six goals on the year, second-most on the team behind Suranyi, while adding an assist for 13 points in 2017.
Suranyi picked up first-team honors in his first collegiate season, after leading the team with eight goals, four assists and 20 points this fall. The freshman also notched three game-winning goals to pace the Trojans.
