
Softball Secures Seven Scholar-Athlete Awards

KANSAS CITY – The Taylor University softball program recently picked up seven NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors, as announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.
Livie Lehmann, Delaynee McCreary, Mackenzie Noah, Aleyah Rastetter, Brooke Sanchez, Maddie Schultz, and Jersey Tannehill all represented Taylor on the list of 1,250 NAIA student-athletes.
In order to be eligible for NAIA Scholar-Athlete recognition, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative minimum grade-point average of 3.50 on a 4.0 scale, while having attended one full year at their current institution.
