Kabel and Dikhtiar Compete at Emory Thrills in the Hills

ATLANTA – Taylor continued its outdoor track and field campaign with two individuals competing at the Emory Thrills in the Hills invite.

Freshman Hali Dikhtiar ran in the 200-meters and finished with a season-best time of 29.47 seconds before clocking another season-best time of 1:06.35 in the 400-meters.

Sophomore Karley Kabel competed in two throwing events, the shot put and the discus, tossing a season-best distance of 35 feet 8.75 inches in the shot put and following that with a throw of 100 feet two inches in the discus to card a pair of top-20 finishes.

The Trojans continue competition at the Huntsman Family Invitational at Wabash College in Crawfordsville Indiana, on Saturday April 5, with the first event set for 10:30 am.
