Indoor:

• Ran a season-best 9:41.36 in the 3,000 meter at the IWU Midwest Classic
• Recorded best TU time at the CL Championships in the 1,000 meter at 2:50.60

Outdoor:

• Season-best time of 4:27.51 in the 1,500 meter at the Little States Invite
• Ran a season-low time of 16:46.98 in the 5,000 meter at the Sunny and 65 Invite

Prep: Earned seven varsity letters at Yorktown while competing on the cross country, track, and soccer teams … Three-time All-Delaware County cross country runner … Named Academic All-State in 2020 .. Winner of the Virginia Kleeburg Scholarship in 2019 and the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizens Scholarship in 2022, alongside the John Philip Sousa award for Outstanding Musicianship … Two-year member of the National Honor Society.
